Christmas Special: Trifle

Enjoy another recipe. This is great anytime anywhere!

 Ingredients: 
  • 2 packets of jelly crystals
  • 2 punnets of strawberries
  • 1 mango diced
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • Custard
  • Pineapple juice
  • Sponge cake








Method:

1) Prepare the jelly crystals according to instructions provided on the packet.
2) Pour custard over the jelly.
3) Cut the sponge cake into cubes of your choice
3) Cut up strawberries and place over the sponge.
4) Cut up mangos and cover strawberries.
5) Spread whipped cream evenly on top of all the layers.

6) Decorate with a fruit of your choice.
