This dish is good for those who are vegetarian so don't worry! This dish is very crispy and sweet and makes a good appetiser.

Method:
1) Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
2) Add turmeric, curry powder, salt, ground, pepper, chilli powder, egg, curry leaves, plain flour, corn flour, ginger in a bowl, slowly adding water and whisking until a thick batter is formed. The consistency should be like pancake batter.
3) Add cauliflower to bowl and make sure they are coated in batter completely.
4) Heat oil in a saucepan. When the oil is hot enough (you can check this by adding a pinch of flour into it and the flour should float) put the cauliflower in the saucepan and deep fry until golden brown.

- Enough oil to cover the cauliflower
