Egg and Salami Omlette

It's the first of November. This recipe is perfect with bread or rice. Enjoy the recipe! I will be posting recipes more frequently now.

Ingredients: 

  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices salami
  • 1 large onion
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 2 medium green chillies

Method: 

1) Chop curry leaves and salami, dice onion and slice chillies.

2) Heat a medium sized pan at high heat with oil or margarine (or another alternative you usually use) and begin adding ingredients.

3) Begin frying by adding curry leaves and salami. Fry until aromatic. Remember to stir constantly and consistently.

4) Then add onion and chilli and cook until onion has softened and has turned golden. Continue to stir constantly and consistently.

5)  Roughly smooth out the mixture and crack eggs on top, then season with salt and pepper to your liking. Lower the temperature to low and flip when eggs become firm and slightly cooked on top. You may need to section out the omelette to make it easier to flip.

5) Serve with bread or rice.
